For over 25 years, Robert Downs has been the owner and photographer of Robert Downs Photography, a global company that specializes in editorial, commercial and digital photography, combining art and commerce with clients ranging from the Los Angeles Times and Sony Pictures to Dunn & Bradstreet, UCLA Anderson School of Business, CBRE, Webcor Builders, BlackRock and many more.
When not photographing top executives from around the world, Robert spends his time photographing some of the top bands in the country including Incubus, Stone Temple Pilots, Deftones, Public Enemy, Slipknot, MUSE, and The Cult.
He has earned multiple honors, including being featured in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his work with Public Enemy. His mission is to illuminate individuals in their optimal, genuine essence, regardless of their background, industry, or location.
